The “forward two days” thing is interesting, but I think I agree with some comments about language bias. I decided on Monday because no one in their right mind would think the opposite statement “the meeting has been pushed back two days“ means that the meeting is now on Monday.

I think most English speakers I know would understand that to mean Monday, but my gut reaction (probably due to being primed by the question setup) was to think "moving forward in time means to advance time". I liked the details about how this question is even biased towards our language.
